As a diversity and inclusion professional, you know your skills are vital to the future of Canadian organizations. Yet, how can you prove to your clients or employers that you have what it takes to advance the D&I agenda and promote real change? Get certified and become a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP™).
CCIP™ is a professional designation for diversity and inclusion practitioners who work in Canada and are looking to acquire an official national certification of competence in the field.
The CCIP™ certification process is designed to assess the knowledge and experience of diversity and inclusion professionals against the standard established by the CCIP™ Competency Framework.
CCIP™ is not an educational program. Educational programs are designed to provide training and instruction to help participants acquire or enhance their knowledge or skills, whereas certification programs such as CCIP™ are designed to assess an individual’s existing knowledge or skills against a set of pre-defined competencies. This is accomplished in a way that is completely independent from the provision of training or instruction.
